Maintenance specifications for the hydraulic lifting system of semi end dump trailers:
1. The new semi end dump trailers should be lifted slowly during the running-in period. In principle, the engine speed should be controlled at around 1000 rpm, and it should not exceed 1500 rpm even after the running-in period.
2. The hydraulic oil should be replaced and the hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned when the new trailer is lifted around 300 times. This is because there are iron filings and other impurities in the hydraulic system during the running-in period of the new trailer.
3. The high-pressure oil pipe must be replaced every two years. In the routine maintenance process, it should be replaced in time if there is oil leakage in the pipe, damage or partial swelling or cracks.
4. Please check the hydraulic oil every week for discoloration and deterioration. If so, it should be replaced in time. The hydraulic oil is replaced based on the region and season, and it is generally appropriate to replace it in April or October. The oil should be refilled in time if it is insufficient.
5. The upper and lower brackets of the hydro-cylinder should be filled with grease (butter) in time. It is recommended that the hydro-cylinder should be filled with grease every 120 times per lift or once every 15 days. Grease should be refilled before resuming use after a long-term without use.
6. Please check whether the oil return filter element and air filter element inside the hydraulic oil tank is blocked by debris every half month. And it should be cleaned. The oil return filter element and air filter element of the hydraulic oil tank should be replaced every six months.

1. Low center of gravity: The auxiliary beam at the bottom of the box body of the trailer adopts an Omega structure, which is organically combined with the frame beam. In this way, the bottom of the top box body can sink in the frame. It reduces the height of the bearing surface and the loading center of gravity, and it also improves the safety of the trailer. At the same time, the top box fits closely attached to the frame, which also increases the driving stability of the trailer.
