Overview of FUWA 50 Maintenance Free Series Axle
Integrated one-piece design axle beam with special heat treatment made by low carbon alloy steel 20Mn2.
Spider camshaft and anchor pin bores are machined with reference to the spindle after the welding operation.
In the oil lubrication system, the hub cap and the oil seal (inside) form a gear oil storage space. The bearing is immersed in the gear oil for optimum lubrication.
The specially designed oil seal has a compensating function.
Axle beam is optional for round 127mm diameter, round 146mm diameter and square 150mm.
Track length and camshaft length could be customized.
Optional for automatic slack adjuster and ABS system.

Special processed spindle with induction hardened bearing journals provide superior fatigue capability.
The bearing temperature will be greatly reduced, and the maintenance period will exceed one year, saving maintenance cost.
The integral oil seal will always ensure the angle of the inner seal lip and will not leak.
The liquid level can be checked through a transparent viewing window.
Specially designed shaft nut with 0.001 inch (0.254 mm) adjustment increment to ensure the final clearance (gap) of the bearing is between 0.001-0.003 inches, avoiding inaccurate bearing clearance and causing oil seal failure, oil leakage and other failures.
The rolling resistance will drop by more than 50%, saving more fuel.
