Characteristics and Inspection of Fence Semi Trailer

Semi Trailer

Characteristics and Inspection of Fence Semi Trailer

The fence semi trailer is a semi-trailer with fence structure design in the loading part. It is mainly used for the transportation of agricultural by-products and other light bubble goods.

Characteristics of Fence Demi Trailer

1. The design process of vehicle type and fence structure combines with the types of goods of users and reasonably designs to fully reduce the weight of carriage under the condition of the load. The structure is simple and applicable, and the disassembly is convenient, so as to reduce the investment cost for users and create more profit value.

2. Frame: It adopts a space frame structure composed of a longitudinal beam and integral through-beam. It can balance the strength, stiffness and toughness of the frame, and has strong bearing capacity without permanent deformation.

3. Series of grille semi-trailer frames are all beam-through structures, and the longitudinal beams are straight or gooseneck. The web height ranges from 400 to 500. The longitudinal beam is welded by automatic submerged arc welding. The frame is shot blasting. The cross beam penetrates the longitudinal beam and welds the whole body.

4. Suspension system: new suspension system with high strength and strong impact resistance; axle load balance, reasonable design of system tie rod angle, reducing friction and slip distance between tire and ground during frequent bump operation, effectively reducing tire grinding.

Pre-use inspection of Fence Demi Trailer

I. The connection between semi trailer and tractor

(1) Before connection, check and clean the surface of traction seat of the tractor and the sand, dust or other foreign matter on the traction pin and traction pinboard of the semi-trailer, and check whether there is enough grease.

(2) In order to connect smoothly, the supporting device should be operated to make the traction pin plate of the semi-trailer adapt to the traction height of the tractor. Generally, the middle position of the traction pin plate of the trailer is about 10-30 lower than that of the traction seat of the tractor. Otherwise, it will not only fail to connect but also damage the traction seat, the traction pin and related parts.

(3) Manipulate the locking mechanism of the traction seat to make the locking block open, and then check whether the locking block is open to a free state.

(4) Reverse the tractor to make the traction pin of the semi-trailer enter the opening of the locking mechanism from the V-shaped opening of the traction seat, and make the locking block rotate and lock automatically with the traction pin.

(5) Check whether the locking mechanism of the traction seat has locked the traction pin and whether the locking is stable and reliable.

(6) Move the tractor forward slightly and check the connection.

II. Gas Connection

(1) Two air joints of the tractor are connected to two air joints of the semi-trailer respectively.

Note: No mistake can be made. The right side of the semi-trailer's forward direction is the inflatable pipeline (red) air joint, and the left side is the control pipeline (yellow) air joint (shake hands correspond to the airline color connection).

(2) After the air joints are connected to each other, the semi-trailer air-way connection of the tractor should be unscrewed and separated so that the air-way is in a ventilated state. Otherwise, the semi-trailer brake system cannot be supplied with air and the brake system cannot work.

(3) Start the engine, observe the pressure gauge in the cab, and raise the pressure in the air cylinder of tractor and semi-trailer to the prescribed pressure (more than 600 kpa).

(4) Check whether there is air leakage in the air passage and whether the braking system works properly.

III. Connection of Circuits

(1) Insert the cable connector plug of the tractor into the cable connector socket of the front end of the semi-trailer.

(2) Check whether the electrodes are well bonded and confirm whether the sprinklers are working properly.
