Features, Layout and Loading of Semi-trailer
Semi trailers generally use concave beam (perhaps well-shaped) frame, that is, the front part of the frame is a gooseneck (the traction pin of the front part of the gooseneck is connected with the traction saddle on the tractor, and the back end of the gooseneck is connected with the semi-trailer frame). The middle section is the cargo platform (the lowest part of the frame), and the rear end is the wheel frame (including wheels).
When loading mechanical equipment on a low semi trailer, the mechanical equipment is usually loaded from the rear end of the semi trailer. That is, the mechanical equipment is moved from the rear wheel frame or the wheels are removed, and then the mechanical equipment is fixed on the semi trailer.
Semi trailers have flat, concave beam and tire exposed structures, and the longitudinal beams are straight or gooseneck. The frame is stepped, and the cross section of the longitudinal beam is I-shaped, which has the characteristics of high rigidity and strength.
The main plane of the frame and cargo platform is low, which ensures the stability of transportation, and is suitable for carrying all kinds of construction machinery, large equipment and steel.
It adopts three-axis balanced, two-axis balanced or rigid suspension, with a mass balance block installed between the front and rear steel plate springs, which can change the deflection of the front and rear steel plate springs and balance the forces on the front and rear axles.
The semi trailer is suitable for the transportation of a variety of mechanical equipment, large objects, road construction equipment, large tanks, power station equipment and various steel materials. It has a wide range of uses and it is efficient and fast.
